Port Redirect

Object: This area is for redirecting a public port (Public Port) to a private port (Private Port)

and a computer by its associated address (Private IP Address). This lets you

configure your modem/router so that remote users using services such as FTP

(port 21) or HTTP (80) via public addresses can access local servers with private

addresses via private ports.

"ADD" button

This button is for adding a new configuration.

Enter a private IP address in the

"Private IP Address" field.

Enter a private port in the "Private Port"

field.

Enter a public port in the "Public Port"

field.

Click the

button to add a new

configuration.

The screen opposite shows two

configurations added.

"Delete" button

To delete a configuration from the list, select the one you want to delete then click the

button.
